Please disclose info on returns policy! Especially when I asked about returning items. Remember folks - No cash or monetary refunds, only store credit.
Otherwise great people, some could be trained better but I just ignore them ones... like the lady who thought I didn't know what swimwear was ?

Not even deserving of a star. Online shopping with them is a complete nightmare. I placed an order for some shoes online and asked to be delivered in store (be prepared to fork up £5 for this), Sports Direct took my money, but not one email to confirm the order was registered / sent. I was lucky I had a gut feeling and I took a screenshot of my order number. Had I not done that, I would've kissed my money goodbye. Fast forward today, I physically go into the shop to ask for assistance with this, I was massively fobbed off by the guy who works there (20/10/24) not even trying to assist me, despite explaining that for whatever weird reason related to this BS company I did not received any emails confirming the order. The virtual assistant stated that my order was indeed in store, however I could not get in possession of my order without the confirmation email. After spending 2hrs trying to speak with a human customer service I asked for the order to be cancelled and money to be sent back to me. What a palaver!!! And such lazy and rude staff members working here at Nuneaton branch... Please, save yourself a headache and avoid Sports Direct like plague.

Dreadful service .. I went in store to purchase an adidas t shirt and the price was quite clear on the label however when I got to the till I was told the price had gone up and I would have to pay more even though the t shirts were all out at that price ! The gentleman assistant was awkward and rude and I was told he didn?t have to charge me the same as the ticket - he could withdraw the t shirts from sale if he liked .. jobsworth I?m sure and unlawful ! Disgusting !

One of the items on my order never showed up. I sent emails, spoke on the online chat, spoke via Twitter and they weren?t prepared to do anything about it. Basically saying that it was sent out by them and that was that! The worst customer service I have ever received. Avoid this company and anyone who uses Evri as their courier at all costs!!! Be warned.

Worst experience ever by one of the staff upstairs whilst browsing through the clothing. Told us to put the items back in a proper place in a very unprofessional way eventhough I was still looking for the right size for me. Is it the customers who arrange and put the products in the right way or the staff? Literally it was so unprofessional
