Paid for product , 2 months later i have still not received anything at all just false promises of-fake delivery . i have tried to comunicate by phone and email , nothing still , customer service and aftercare are really bad

A frustrating experience from start to finish. Communication was lacking at every stage, with continual delays and almost no proactive updates unless we reached out first. We were given a firm commitment on delivery, which ultimately wasn?t honoured.
In time-sensitive situations where others are depending on things being done as promised, dependability is crucial. Unfortunately, that level of professionalism was missing throughout this process.

Really disappointing experience. Communication was consistently poor throughout, with repeated delays and little to no updates unless chased. We were assured the order could be fulfilled by a specific date, but that turned out to be an empty promise. Despite following up multiple times, we received no clear answers or accountability.
When you?re working to tight deadlines and have stakeholders relying on things being delivered as agreed, reliability is everything?and unfortunately, that just wasn?t the case here.

Possibly the worst company I?ve ever dealt with. Was told to order here by a football club, heard nothing after ordering , delivery date passed, emailed and rang numerous times a day for weeks, never answered the phone. I think I was lucky that they eventually rang me to query the order and I asked for a refund which I did receive. My opinion would be to avoid, people with the same issues on social media, so it wasn?t just me.

Order been outstanding since July ! On a 15 day turnaround apparently ! Even charge for next day delivery despite it now being October. Never reply to messages and phone just rings out. Absolutely terrible. Never again.* Edit, now November and still not answering messages or picking up the phone. Ridiculous...

Do not use this company. Placed an order for a short sleeved referee shirt. Eventually it has been sent but it is long sleeved. There were 2 items on the order, still only received one. Tried calling, messaging and email and no one has the courtesy to reply to any form of communication. Disgusting.

Must be one of the worse companies I have ever bought from. Over 6 weeks waiting for one order with no updates. The phone is never picked up. Ring every day at various times and no answer. Fill out their contact form on their website and got no reply. Then had to make another order last week as they are the only supplier of my sons kit, it said on there website it?s available so I pay extra for next day delivery 10 days now and still nothing. No communication other than an invoice. Now I?m still no closer to knowing anything about either of my orders.
