A year ago I went with family to use the car wash on a Friday afternoon. my grandad went to pay in shop for the car wash however they told us it was out of order! I don't know if they do this now but they should have an out of order sign so people come know its broken when they arrive at the garage.

Been filling up all of my cars and motorcycles here for years, despite there being a BP station closer to me. But tonight they refused to turn on the pump unless I took off my helmet, shouting something inaudible over the tannoy, so I went inside, but they still refused unless I took off my helmet and buff. First time ever. BP it is from now on.

Can a manager or senior of this garage give me a contact number ASAP please regarding your fuel. I believe you have an issue with it as my car is running rough ever since I fuelled up at your station 2 days ago. Drive 20 miles after finishing work to fill up here as I?m a ShellGo+ customer. Arrived here with my petrol light on and there?s no petrol! Went in to ask and just received a dismissive response. I wasn?t happy as this is the ONLY station I use!

Used the click and collect service, however due to a refit underway, unable to collect parcel until a week later! No notification, yet still offering the service. Now can?t give a birthday gift.
