Really impressed with this store, my first visit to it, easy to order online for next day collection, easy to check in at points inside the store, Staff Really Friendly and Polite, Disabled Parking by entrance, Really Couldn't Fault It.

Terrible Customer Service at Screwfix Nuneaton ? Employee ?Libby?
I am absolutely appalled by the behavior of an employee named Libby at the Nuneaton Screwfix branch. Her attitude was nothing short of disgraceful. From the moment I interacted with her, she exuded rudeness, acting as though customers were beneath her. Her tone was unnecessarily sharp and unpleasant, and her entire demeanor was unprofessional and completely inappropriate for someone in a customer-facing role.
Libby?s condescending snipes and dismissive behavior make it clear she has no respect for customers or the standards expected at a reputable company like Screwfix. Her shocking lack of basic courtesy and professional decency made an already routine visit a deeply unpleasant experience.
On the other hand, the manager Tracey was absolutely excellent. Tracey handled the situation with professionalism and kindness, showcasing exactly what good customer service looks like. It?s a shame that someone like Libby is representing Screwfix alongside such capable colleagues.
I strongly urge Screwfix to address this issue. Libby?s attitude is not only damaging to the customer experience but also to the reputation of the entire branch. If this is the kind of service you tolerate, you risk losing loyal customers.

Great branch this is. Friendly efficient service. Knowledgeable staff. I had a problem with a product- exchanged no drama or argument. Can search products digitally- you don't have to flick through an old paper catalogue. I use this store a lot.

Queuing can be perplexing and laboursome. Some items that show up as "in stock" actually have to be ordered and available for collection 24 hours later.I've been here three times and noticed one particular member of staff more engrossed in chatting to the same builder than helping other visitors whilst enjoying a cigarette!
