Not a good experiance. Contact by phone almost impossible.A personal visit to clarify "why they don't automaticlly change (upgrade)to the new 2023 interest rates" was greeted with " we don't have anbody qualified to that!! To book an appointment will be a month away from July to sometime in August, but you can do it on line!!The on line system is not as straight forward as it should be. It logged me out before completion !! This is not the service to expect from A High Street Bank, especially Santander UK.

Different employees give you different information. It didn't seem the manager was that interested in retaining us as customers. Too difficult to open a new account/ get a joint mortgage. Just went to a different bank and had everything sorted in minutes.
