Staff here prioritise online orders over actual people who walk in but my main gripe is they block off where the tills are so it forces you to squeeze past people who are already waiting just to buy cigs? who ever designed this layout needs sacking

Slightly higher prices than a Sainsbury?s superstore, which is irritating. Staff are always pleasant in here though.

Convenient store but there?s always a queue so it?s never in and out quickly! Might be worth having a self check out as most the staff are never in rush to help or jump on a till. Definitely would be more stars if the staff didn?t talk to each other through their headsets every single day! Understandably you might find your job boring, but serving customers whilst having a conversation through your headset is really rude!

Staff on tills ignore you and talk to each other on their headsets throughout the whole time you are being served. Sad but true.

your store should be open 24hrs on xmas holidays, not many people celebrate it anymore and causing inconvenience to customers by not staying open affecting peoples welfare being and livelihoods

Nice little store but there is always a queue to pay. Staff are polite. Prices higher than in a normal store but it is very convenient and sometimes there is a bargain or two. Store is always clean and parking is okay

They're always happy and helpful. They are also very aware to open extra tills when a que forms. Great customer service ?
