The cashier was very rude and not nice at all. Wouldnt recommend going there, would give zero stars if i could. He wouldn't let us leave until we bought the things we didn't want anymore.

Can not put zero star. Stole £3 off my family members and would not give it them back when no items payed for was given. I would never go anywhere near this shop again.

The lady in the store was very rude & disrespectful. She was very rude and kept yelling at me and told me to get out of the store all because I refused to pay 10p for the bag. I kept requesting her not to raise her voice and to talk to me respectfully as I was talking to her calmly and respectfully. She called me poor and cheap and told me to get out of the store in front of other customers. Firstly, she didn't know what she was doing as she kept asking me for a code to top up my gas card. I and my family have been visiting this store atleast twice weekly and have been using the store for almost 2 years now. I have my family and few other relatives in this neighbourhood who use the same store and she has been rude with them more than a few times now. Today was the last time our family will use this store and I am now going to use their competitions. I honestly would give a 0 rating if I had a chance. Really disappointing and poor service from the lady in store.

Very rude! I tried to ring them and the person who answered the phone was abrupt and rude and hung the phone up. I most certainly won?t be going there!

Sadly disappointed after leaving the shop. First time visiting and was so excited they had Pumpkin. When I went to grab the pumpkin there was a gooey jelly, stick substance on one of the others which touched my hand. Whether psychological or not whilst looking for other stuff my hand started itching so I asked the young assistant for something to wipe my hand, showing him what it was.. they sad they had nothing other than a dry tissue. I asked if they had any alcohol gel or anything( given the times we face) they said they had nothing. I mentioned they had a shop full of products, hand wipes, anything? Nothing!!Arguing with me even though they pointed out they had fridge problems. They said the boss wasnt there so they really couldnt take anything off the shelve. I asked the young assistant if he knew about coshh, h&s and he said he learned it at school but forgot what it means. They said I should've just been happy to get the tissue because most shops wouldnt give you a tissue. If it means I have to travel 30 miles to Birmingham to get my goods. I will happily do so to avoid any further disputes. I only wished I took a picture and recorded the whole thing! I do hope it sparks the attention from the environmental health team. All for the sake of a wipe or to go deeper lack of quality control! Appalling!
