Like a lot of Premier Inns now rooms could do with a redecoration. Not always as clean as they used to be, perhaps due to no longer cleaning daily for multiple night stays. Rooms at this location very small compared to other Premier Inns.
Rooms: Small rooms compared to Premier Inn standard. Room had loose side panel on bath and extractor fan that ran constantly.

Lady on reception was outstanding. Great service and very friendly. It was a hot day though and the room was stifling. They did have fans on but should have AC really. The room was very clean and comfortable other than that though. It?s a little out of the way but a quiet and picturesque spot.

We stayed just the 1 night , was told upon arrival that there wasn't a hot breakfast option as no cook available ?, was offered a £2 refund , got down for continental breakfast at 8 am and it wasn't worth £8.99,The Fruit salad looked like it had been there a week, Pan au chocolate looked like it had been bounced off the walls and 3 Crumpets , no Staff around to ask anything ?

Room was good and the staff were friendly, food was what you'd expect for the price point.
I mainly just wanted to leave a review to add that Pauline is still awesome, even suggested I get my fillet stake more done which was spot on advice.
Honestly, just go and hope you meet Pauline in the beefeater.

Visiting here a few times for work, always greeted with a smile from Kelly and she always remembers my first name.
It is comforting being away from home and alone when met with friendliness and welcome.

We were greeted by Kelly who was friendly, efficient and made us feel really welcome. Looked after everything for our stay. The staff at the adjoining pub were very flexible and sorted us a superb tray of meals and drinks to take to our room. Thanks Jade and the manager, great service. Breakfast was freshly cooked and tasty, again friendly staff. Great stay, we will be back.
Rooms: The room was comfortable, clean and despite the nearby main road very quiet.
Food & drinks: There is an attached pub, with tasty low priced, evening meals. Breakfast is cold buffet and our hot selection was freshly cooked. Lunch available at the pub. Relaxed atmosphere.
Noteworthy details: There is a free car park. We were visiting a family member and will be back. All staff that we met were friendly and helpful. There is no lift.
