I don't normally leave reviews but after the brilliant service I received from start to finish I thought I must do. Me and my partner went to this shop after looking at several others for flooring. We were greeted by a lovely lady (which we didn't get at any other stores) who asked us what we were after and showed us the difference types of flooring we could have. She even priced up a few different ones so we could make our decision. Upon placing the order a gentleman came out the same day and measured up. We even got a phone call when he was 20 minutes away which I thought was great. Unfortunately I was occupied the day the guys came out to fit the flooring, however I left my Dad with them who advised they were both very pleasant and polite and made sure the flooring was to our satisfaction at all times whilst fitting. They tidied up after themselves and left the place spotless. When I came home I was more than impressed with the work they had done. If your looking for flooring I would highly recommend Premier Flooring Nuneaton.

Alan was absolutely amazing with my mum with a tight budget and needing flooring as soon as possible and at a busy time for them he managed to move some things around to be able to lay flooring for my mum before Christmas. We bought LVT to fit ourselves. We were advised to order 20% over however this wasn?t needed at all and felt like a lie to sell more product. When I queried this after it was fitted I was told this is standard advice for wastage caused by alcoves, again this was not relevant as we clearly told them it was for a square room with zero alcoves on buying. At 3 different times I was told they could buy them back minus a restocking fee of 25%, 30% and then 35%. They also made out they were giving us a good deal. Buy LVT direct from the supplier and not from here as it easy to fit and you will save hundreds.

This is a very friendly excellent company to buy from John fitted us a lovely stair carpet in just a few hours. Polite professional reasonably priced job. Highly recommend this company.

Friendly informative sales man who helped with our choice of carpet. 3 lovely friendly lads who came to fit it. Arrived when arranged took all rubbish away and even hoovered the new carpet before leaving. Never had a fitter hoover before was a nice surprise and one step more than any others. Would definitely recommend this company

Had carpet and flooring fitted today. Amazing 3 lads hard working and completed to a very high standard. Cleaned up after and Evan helped sort a carpet fitted rubbish by another local shop last year.Will definitely use again.

Great service from staff in the shop to the fitters. Really helpful when discussing options and cost and arranged for the measuring quickly and booked in the fitting ASAP.
The guys on the day fitted it all quickly, great finish to the rooms and tidied everything up afterwards! Would highly recommend!
