Only popped in here to see if they could help my friend with her phone. She had forgotten her pin and the phone had locked her out. They couldn't help as they weren't trained for that.

I walked into the shop yesterday and spoke with the male member of staff who's name was Joe. He was very helpful and thorough with everything he went through in regards to my new purchase. However the female member of staff, whom I think was the manager, could do with a lot of work on her customer service skills. She was rude, aggressive in the way she spoke to my husband like a he was a 5 year old child to the point where I turned around thinking she was telling one of my children off, she seemed as though she simply could not be bothered and didn't want to be there. After the review I have just read about her from 3 months ago, I'm shocked that she is still working there. She lost the gentleman, serving me, another customer as my husband was willing to also make a new purchase but changed his mind after the way she behaved.

Blatant discrimination against my father who relys on a mobility scooter to get about. A staff member at the Nuneaton store was rude and told my dad that he is banned from coming in the store because he uses a mobility scooter. She said it's store policy. I've read your policy's and nowhere does it state mobility scooters aren't allowed.

Echoing the experiences of others that they just seem very rude and unhelpful in this shop.I've been with 02 ten years, and I visited every phone shop in town today, 02 was the most expensive and the least helpful.When I said I had been told 15 pounds per month cheaper with another provider they didn't care.Really disappointing.

We had a legitimate problem regarding our 3 4g data packages and stupidly thought that the Nuneaton O2 branch could help. The store was completely empty apart from the two members of staff . The male staff member approached us and asked if he could help so we explained the situation, then the female staff member momentarily stopped playing on her phone, interrupted him and proceeded to tell us they can't/ won't do anything and to call the customer helpline, we then tried to explain we had already done that and the problem hadn't been rectified, but she just exclaimed there's nothing they can do . We left the store very angry at the way we'd been treated as we have used various O2 stores and always been impressed with they're professional manner and unhelpfulness. There was no excuse for her dismissive attitude totally unprofessional .2

I always try and use local shops and keep business in town centres. However, walking into this O2 shop in Nuneaton was one of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had! They really excelled themselves with their lack of customer service skills. I will explain what happened. The person who I believe was the manager (female, brown hair, glasses) was probably one of the rudest, most surly and pugnacious individuals that I have ever come across. I was waiting for approximately fifteen minutes whilst she was dealing with a customer. She made no effort to make eye contact, explain how long she would take, or apologise to a customer just standing there. At this shocking lack of any care or consideration I merely asked "Excuse me, sorry to interrupt should I come back later, or make an appointment" trying to understand how long the wait would be. She raised her hand pointed her palm towards my face and said, sorry I am busy - I was like wow. Her behaviour was so shocking that the customer she was with later came over, shook my hand and apologised for taking long - it was not his fault. I was firm but polite in my response and I respectfully asked her not to speak to me in such a rude, aggressive and condescending manner. She appeared to calm down. I then returned at a time that she said they would be less busy. I then sat down with a male at the shop, who was uninspiring, showed no motivation and obviously following in the footsteps of the manager with any lack of any customer service skills. I then rang around a few O2 shops in the area, spoke to a lovely gentleman in an O2 store nearby where I have now upgraded two phones. Apple Iphone Pro and Samsung S22 Ultra for my wife and me. The service could not have been more different between these two shops.I wasn't going to write a review as I thought it may have been a one off. However, returning to the store a few days later I observed rude bahaviour towards others within the store, including her own staff.I do not know if this is a franchise store or if this run by O2, but having read the reviews on Google I am not alone in being dealt with with such disregard. The Manager/owner of the store should do a mystery shopper exercise/review CCTV and really probe why any staff would deliberately behave in such a manner and turn away business...

The people at this shop couldn?t be more helpful they are a great bunch and nothing was too much trouble for them when I went in. I honestly can?t fault them or their customer service Brilliant

My grandmother went into this shop and the manager was very rude, she was told she had to wait in a cue yet there wasn?t one, the manager who said this then went upstairs for 30 minutes plus as she had enough. All she wanted was a simple top up. Would not recommend using this store!
