Excellent customer service given,
Bal demonstrated significant professionalism navigating me through the complex problem I had with a 3rd party company. Bal provided help and support exiting the 3rd party and setting up a new contract with O2. I felt my new contract meets my needs and expectations going forward. Bal, Kam and Ethan are a very professional team addressing customers communication requirements. Very highly recommend.

Went into store today because I had an issue with my new phone because of the SIM card and the two guys in the shop were so helpful and comforting as I was very frustrated with the helpline. I can?t recommend them enough, the one guy was called Joe who was amazing and can?t fault and the other guy (not sure of his name) was making me laugh when I was upset, just excellent customer service, because of these two I will be staying with O2 in the future, thank you so much
