If you're a trade supplier DO NOT give this college credit, insist on payment in advance. They are the slowest payers and most disorganised finance department you would ever encounter. STUART ILEY is the Finance Director and should be fired for total incompetence. If he's not incompetent then he should come on the phone and explain why agreed invoices from small business suppliers remain unpaid for months. I can understand when another small business has a cash flow problem, but when you're a state supported educational establishment with an enormous budget, it's totally unacceptable.

there was this girl I once considered a friend, someone I thought I could trust. But she loves to smoke weed, and that's something I want no part in. I told her I couldn?t be friends with her anymore, and what does she do? She says nothing and then goes so far as to put hand sanitizer on our chairs. And the worst part? The teacher promised to remove her from the college, but that was a lie. We've complained countless times, telling them how unsafe we feel, but nothing has been done. Not only did she start stalking me and my friends, but she also got other girls involved to bully us. We've given them so much evidence, but the college refuses to do anything. They kept telling us to just stop, but we haven't done anything wrong. They continue to follow us around, threatening things like cutting our hair or ripping our eyelashes off. We tried ignoring them, but it just got worse. This college is an unsafe, toxic place, and I regret every single moment of being here. Don?t make the mistake of coming to this place. It?s a nightmare!
Anybody having trouble getting back into this college, after introduction year to do level ones, two people that I know have been told that they haven't got grades yet the people haven't seen there grades. One person had a letter of acceptance now told no. What's going on it terrible

The whole experience as a part of the EHE class was awful. We had winters without heating, months without a teacher for literature, no proper books for English language in year 11 and every time I brought up a problem it was ignored ( I spoke to the head of EHE at the time when I was in year 10 and my Mom's email complaints were ignored). The whole time we were treated as though the most we could achieve were 4s and we would all need to go to a level 2 course.
This is especially evident in the way the maths is delivered to students ( this was absolutely not the teacher's fault in any way but the management). I was doing higher and predicted a 7 but had no class or time dedicated to any work above a grade 3 level in college. The teacher (Kanella Godenn-wood) was amazing at assigning and helping with the higher homework but the actual classes were a waste of time for someone like me who came in with a grade 6.
The English language classes are another area in need of desperate attention. The whole first half term of year 11 none of my home or class work got marked. It only went down hill from there when we did get work marked it was by ourselves and a slide of the mark scheme on the board with no further nuance. This set the tone for the class as the teacher seemed disinterested and bored as she read out slideshows she didn't make off the board and complained about the amount of marking she had to do. This unending amount of marking confused me as i sat with a folder full of unmarked work that I was not allowed to take home incase of an OFSTED inspection. The other major complaint I have about the language class is the fact we had no actual books. We had in year 10 but they were replaced by flimsy, thin booklets of paper stapled together. A lot of people including myself finished these with a whole term left and needed the teacher to rip out paper from one of her books.
Literature is a class which had two wonderful teachers however in year 10 we spent months without a teacher as she had health problems and needed time off which I have no qualm with however instead of getting a substitute management left us to fend for ourselves, which of course left us and the new teacher in year 11 falling behind and with weak topics.
The one star for this course is for some of the teachers Kanella and Cassandra who went above and beyond to provide us with the best education they could give us. They are absolutely the only good part of this whole experience.
To sum up the whole experience is impossible I have a list of things which are wrong with the college but the main point is the fact that students are treated as though the most they can achieve is the bare minimum. The expectation for us is to get 3 gcses and need to go onto a level 2 course. The whole experience is just that, the bare minimum again the lack of heating in winter, the lack of communication with students around exam time and general feeling that we are nothing more to the college than a bunch of poor results waiting to happen is awful. I cannot recommend this college to anyone whether you are getting high or low grades because the college is not structured to make you better but rather as damage control for when you do fail.

From my experience this college isn?t the best. If you are thinking of doing a business t-level, I wouldn?t advise you do it.
To start off, I had three teachers. But I had two main ones that I had for the majority of the time. One was great, but one was awful. I used to tell him upfront that his teaching style didn?t suit me and some of the other students for that matter. But it didn?t change.
The timetabling was useless too since the times we were timetabled were beyond actual college hours and the times that we finished at never matched. One of the days we had a lesson and sometimes there was an 30 min - 1 hour wait until the next one! I wrote an email to the relevant manager which sought to different departments, I think. Don?t quote me on this one. Nothing really got done about this either.
Some of the students too - disgraceful. Their behaviour used to make me feel ill. They would talk about inappropriate things which include such - burping, bodily functions and they used to pick on me too, and others!
Also, the classrooms aren?t the most hygienic either, I picked up quite a few colds and the food wasn?t the best either.
I?ve now left the college, and thankfully, I will be moving on to something which i will enjoy more.
Apart from the lovely reception staff, I would not recommend the college.

Don?t bother submitting an online request on their website. I did this twice 3 weeks ago and heard nothing back. These days this is amateur hour. Either not managing online enquiries or deleting them.

The college were quick enough to take my money to pay for my course however it took over 7 months to receive my certificate. During this time the communication from the college was awful, they ignored my emails until I asked to put in an official complaint. The building itself is dirty, no drinking water provided, some departments have hand written 'back in 10 minutes' signs, you have no idea when the 10 minutes started. The walkway from the back of the college is very poorly lit. The lecturers are really unprofessional they think its okay to bad mouth the college and their bosses to students. I added an extra star as the reception staff and the library staff are lovely.

Awful management. They have absolutely no care in the world to resolve bullying in this place and only seem to care about their sad excuse of a reputation. Advice? Avoid this entire building.

did a hairdressing course at the nuneaton nwslc college, the rooms were untidy and lecturers were persistant on trying to demonstrate on students hair without their permission. they burnt chunks of my hair off and made me feel very cornered. as well as this the food is absoultely outrageous i almost fainted seeing the prices of a small hashbrown. which didnt even taste nice. thanks to the overpriced food i was stuck on the toilet for a week because of the overpriced hasbrown. DONT GET FOOD HERE SAVE YOURSELVES.
