I have been coming every Friday for a while and everytime they forget half my order and I have to go in and ask for it and they are never apolegitic. I waited one hour in the drive thru this evening with only 4 cars ahead of me for raw chips and an attitude from the women, there was no sign to say we were ordering at the pay kiosk and when I told the women she shut the windows on me then went to her coworkers and started laughing. The place was empty, I can see why now absolutely horrific.

I'd give this restaurant 0 starts if i could. Customer service does not seem to exist in this place. The attitude of im asuming manager was absolutely disgusting. (Blonde hair, glasses) it is safe to say I will not be visiting this KFC again. Far too many bad experiences. At this particular restaurant.

Joke of a place, no one in the store and takes them 15 minutes to make a mini filet burger. Wondering what they?re doing in the back.

Don?t know where to start absolutely shocking customer service on the phone as I ordered through uber but all the food was cold, will not be ever ordering from here again, hope the store manager can look at his training with his staff, sending out multiple orders with urber drivers

Firstly, the service was rather slow as they only had one staff member at the front and they apologised so that's no problem. I wished they offered knives where the forks and spoons are so I wouldn't have to eat like an animal. Lastly, another issue, is how watered down the Lipton ice tea is. I would've ordered water if I wanted something like that. The atmosphere overall, is great as it was practically empty when I was there.

Had two Zinger burgers, had to bin one as was pink inside. You would think somewhere specialising in chicken would be able to cook it properly.

Visited this store last week emma was the manager that day was very busy and she kept the staff calm and ran the store smoothly tables were clean bins tidy also. Happy customers and staff when emma works
