I ordered the gravy mega box and it was really nice, although the Buffalo chicken bites had way too much sauce on. Rating this KFC 4 Stars!

Zinger tower box meal, just covered in sauce. Couldn?t taste anything else. How hard can it be to get something right? lol Service is pretty poor, zero manners, listening skills. I?d be going to a different one in the future.

Ordered on Uber. Delivery good and quick. Food however was not good. I ordered a Fillet tower burger. Chicken fillet, hash brown, cheese and bbq sauce in a bun. There was so much bbq sauce it had soaked through the hash brown and the bun. The bun had completely fell apart in the box. I tried to pick it up to eat and everything fell apart due to it being so soggy with bbq sauce. I had the sauce all over my hand. Fortunately I was at home and managed to only salvage the chicken fillet and ate it with a knife and fork. The rest was ruined by the sauce. I like bbq sauce but not to that extent. The four piece chicken meal my partner had was also bad. Chicken was very dry / over cooked and chips soggy. Very very disappointed and still hungry. We will not be using this KFC again.

I've been to this KFC a few times because it is generally my preferred fast food place, mainstream that is.
The place when you decide to go in, has been spotless without faltering, every time I have been. Which is about three times now. Lots of places to sit though not many people are sat around.
The food is always the best part of KFC. Juicy, delectably-seasoned fried chicken along with my favourite fries of anywhere because they are again, well-seasoned and tasty.
The service has let me down a few times however. My most recent time, I had to wait about 15 minutes; was given an OLD £1 coin that went out of circulation nearly a decade ago; forgot straws and more. I've had to pay at the counter more times than not because the self-paying card machines didn't work. Not good. But, overall, worth the hardships.
Vegetarian options: Very few vegetarian options. But what did you expect? It's a fried chicken place.
Parking: Small number of dedicated parking spots for a limited clientele quantity, but if it were to be full then you would seriously struggle to find parking as it is on a main road.
Wheelchair accessibility: Easily wheelchair accessible due to everything being on one ground floor without a step up and there are disabled toilets as well. However the door may be finicky if you use a wheelchair.

Polite, helpful staff, which is good as you can spend a long time talking to them while they sort out your meals, which they invariably get wrong the first time
Don?t use the drive through as you will have to drive back to sort out whatever is missing or wrong from your order. If you eat in then the counter is only 10 paces away
Food itself is always well cooked, hot and tasty, it will just bear no relation to what your ordered
If you like to be adventurous give it a go, you?re always in for a surprise

I am disappointed with the customer service I just received, I just accidentally ordered to the wrong address and the staff that picked up the phone was very impatient and hostile regarding my issue, I tried to cancel my order as requested by the app? and I was told I could not, to wich they found my order and told me I couldn?t again? the problem whole process was drawn out ultimately costing me £30 for an order I never received!!! I was hang up on and charged after having my time wasted despite calling the restaurant 1 minute after ordering claiming I am compensating the staff for their time! I am disgusted!!! Never ordering from here again

Went to get kfc lunch today and the 2 young men that served me were really busy and very good, we had a wait for drive tgrough but both young men were polite, smiling and it was a pleasure to go. So thank you, please pass this along.
