Very rude staff. When asked for help a member of staff reluctantly got worktops samples out for me. When I asked about the acrylic and other up market products she continued to tell me they were x amount upwards basically judging me as if I couldn't afford it. I then continued to say that's the product I wanted and could I have a quote. I was time after time presented with attitude and judgment from this member of staff and I was a genuine buyer. I was looking to purchase right then and there but her customer service put me off. She had no idea on sizes and the other members of staff offered no help. One member of staff was eating a pot noodle behind reception. Absolutely appauling customer service ! I won't be returning

Was a nice place few nice people to work with but like to sack people on the spot for no reason and let them clean up the work area before even telling them they are no longer needed.

Went to collect some laminate flooring from them as my carpet supplier organised a quick same day pick up of flooring.So much choice and prices were great.Nice office staff,quick and easy collection.

I wanted to purchase some nuice bushboard Driftwood pattern they 2420x1200 Shower boards! Well IDS price £376.70 ea.I got the same for £237.52 on the web. BIG RIP OFF.

I wasted my time to come and visit this place .40 miles travel to come and see sign at the door saying they closed . friday 18 november . THEY DO NOT BOTHER TO LET PEOPLE KNOW ON GOOGLE.ON GOOGLE SAID OPEN .I CALLED TO TELL THEM IF THEY OPEN 24 HOURS 7 DAY THEN I DO NOT BOTHER TO VISIT THIS PLACE .
