I've been using HiQ Nuneaton for many years now and I've always been impressed by their honesty, reliability and professionalism. There is never any upselling or unnecessary work recommended. I have absolute confidence that my car is in good hands.
This year, my car needed quite a bit of work following its annual M.O.T. and Service. HiQ Nuneaton called me and talked me through it. When I went to collect the car and the paperwork, I was given an itemised list of the work needed. I was talked through the jobs required and their respective urgency and pricing, with no pressure to book in there and then.
I will most definitely return to HiQ Nuneaton to get this work completed, as well as my futute servicing and M.O.T.s.

Well these guys are typical tyre centres versions of Glen Campbell . Had an air-conditioning service done last year and even though they got the vehicle regassed they damaged the purge and fill valves on the vehicle a d to add insult to injury left the caps off afterwards. I returned a week later to get the issue sorted however the manager was more interested in getting things wound up so he could go on holiday than ordering my replacement valves ( pipes) and caps.
Well over a year later I've given up and taken to a specialist with a bill of £670 for pipes and a regas and filter.
Avoid these Goodyear funded Clint Eastwood individuals.

Always go here for tyres but had a complete flat this morning as I was going on the school run. Thank you HiQ for coming out to me, taking my tyre for repair and popping it back on. They only charged for the repair as well! What a fantastic service, thank you guys, you have my custom forever and recommendation to everyone I know.

Impossible to make a booking and it go smoothly. 1st time was made to wait an hour, was barley acknowledged. 2nd time had no record of booking was told to come back the next day and they would keep the ramp free for to do the work, called in advance to let them know I was on my way, was told they cannot do the work. Poor poor organisation!
