After using my local Woodloes store with one of my assistance dogs for over 4 years and being welcomed, recently a new manager took over. My dogs are no longer welcome, as I have found out are any assistance dogs. We are told to tie them up outside. I have rang Heart of england on 3 occasions and been told the area manager will contact me, obviously they haven't.
I'm a disabled both mentally and physically ex member of the armed forces. I was treated rudely and without any kind of empathy. As is usual, with companies like this it's all about the money. I am welcomed in all the big 4 stores and in the local premier. It's seems to coop should practice what they preach and actually care about the community and not just what give them favourable press.

Unhelpful woman, I had a complaint about the Co-op in Earlsdon, and she told me I needed to speak with the manager of the store, she couldn't wait to get me off the phone, very unprofessional.

Supermarket of the people? I don't think so! Store managers have no authority; ring H.O. and you are not allowed to speak to any one of authority. I tried today and the receptionist was rude and told me they couldn't speak to me because they're busy working??? Aren't I part of their job. Simple query, so can't answer it: why has Coffee Mate gone from £3 to £5.65? Not heard to answer huh?

LIARS!!!!!!!!!! THEY WON'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT THE FAULTY SOFA I HAVE FROM THEM, THEY CLAIM THAT I SENT THE REPAIR MAN AWAY WHEN THEY CAME TO REPAIR IT!!! WHY WOULD I REFUSE REPAIR ON MY SOFA IF I WANT IT REPAIRED!!! JUST LIARS THAT ARE TRYING TO SAVE AS MUCH MONEY AS POSSIBLE BEFORE THEY CLOSE DOWN. THEY HAVE NO RESPECT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. DISGUSTING.
