Absolutely disgusted with the way one of the assistants spoke to an elderly lady. The elderly lady asked nicely if the counter was open, she was very rudely told ?yes I?m working on the counter but I?m busy with a customer youll just have to wait and be patient ? !! This elderly customer was clearly in pain and struggling to stand . She was quite upset ! When I spoke to the assistant and said ?I think you owe that lady an apology ? I was told ?well that?s your opinion isn?t it. Unfortunately this is how the company work? she then got very aggressive when I said she was rude !! I honestly would not recommend anyone using this branch

Left messages after messages for a adviser to call me back on her direct number for opening a account for my 15 year old son. Never replied back to me and when you ring bank and finally get intouch they hang up very rude and now will not bother and will go else where

I have been an account holder at Halifax for many years. The counter staff are always friendly and helpful, and always remember my name, which is very good considering the amount of people they must serve.

I?ve been in to the Nuneaton branch on numerous occasions and I?ve never really felt like the staff in there we?re enjoying the jobs. Whoever the branch manager or area manager is needs to address this customer service problem. Take a I walk round the corner to the Coventry Building Society and experience their customer service, it?s second to none!
