Went in today for windscreen and anti freeze, came out with a 10 point check (free), window blades fitted and a brake bulb! Fantastic service and very helpful :)

Halfords quickly fitted my new front bulb . Chap that did it was friendly quick and knew what he was doing . Totally satisfied .

Occasionally call in here for small things like bulbs, or motor oil. The staff are always helpful and will happily check their database to confirm that I've picked up the right item. In my experience, the staff are always polite, friendly, and efficient.

Got my oil although the container did not look the same as the one I ordered. When I questioned it, I was told it was the same oil but packaged differently. I wanted the ?stop start? oil but ended up with the straight 0-30w which the manager insisted was exactly the same oil.

Just went and collected a Bluetooth device for my car. Left the shop came home and I was shocked to see that instead of a new one I got a second hand one. Clearly been open and used before as you can see in the photos.Not thw usual quality you'd expect from halfords. Have to explore other more reliable companies in the future.
