I am absolutely shocked by the way colleagues are being treated!!!!
I went to the store today and an older lady was screaming abuse at one of the young staff members!
After asking the staff members who was yelling at this young lady,I was told her name was Tracey.
I witnessed the young staff breaking down,crying at the till due to the HORRENDOUS verbal abuse she was experiencing.I just CANNOT believe I witnessed a young person who can?t defend themselves to be treated this way!
I hope this situation gets resolved quickly as I?m very upset by the sight I saw.No one should be made to feel unsafe in the work place,I could tell this girl was scared because she was shaking and crying.Over what,Sausage rolls? Ridiculous.
Shouting at colleagues will not resolve problems.The older lady certainly didn?t show compassion,teamwork skills or respect needed for her job.
I am honestly so disappointed!

Having worked here myself. They simply don't care about staff nor the customers, they only care about profits first. Which is why the online orders to precedence over the in person customers. Also I was someone who would regularly try and clean the cafe area and would be told to just leave it or told off for doing so as it wasn't important even though I said I felt It wasn't fair to leave it in that state for paying customers, so good employees have their hands tied behind their backs in a unsupportive and toxic work environment in addition there is very poor communication , lots of gossiping and high school like behaviour. So I would say in general unfortunately patrons can expect to continue to be disappointed in areas such as - freshness , having hot products and availability of breakfast items, grumpy interactions with staff and dirty seating areas and long wait times,both in store and online

On my recent dining experience. Unfortunately, I encountered several issues during my visit. The food, particularly the vegetable bake and cheese bake, was not fresh and served very cold. Additionally, the coffee lacked flavor and consisted mostly of milk. Furthermore, the tables were extremely dirty, which contributed to an overall unpleasant experience. I hope these matters can be addressed for future patrons.

My recent visit to Greggs was marred by incredibly poor customer service. The individual handling my transaction displayed a level of rudeness that was truly disheartening. It overshadowed any positives, leaving me with a bitter taste in my mouth, both figuratively and literally.

A long wait for food, service wasn't very friendly. Staff always seem rushed and stressed so the friendly service suffers.Food isn't always hot from the hot food counter and product choice can often be limited. The prices have increased significantly so only pop in now when need to grab a snack on the run. Very overpriced now for what you get.
