You should never come here this place is over priced I bought a controller a year ago and got a two year warranty. I went to tell them it had a faulty. They told us to get a data cable and I got the data cable nothing changed. So I went back and told them that nothing happened and still has a faulty he went to the manager and said the same thing again. Not helpful at all.Never come here.

Shop refuses to honour online trade in value prices set on the website. Staff are unhelpfull and there so called regional is an argumentative young man full of attitude. Company doesnt care about trade laws and the customer services is a joke too. Didnt care about mistreating or upsetting a customer of 15+ years. Ill stick to buying games from asda, argos or amazon in the future.
