CROOKS !!!stole my elderly father in laws gold watch !!.. he took it into get a battery in it ,went back a week later to get it and they told him they couldn't find it !!.. went back 2 weeks after that and still "couldn't" find it. My father in law said he would phone the police and they said "do it we're not bothered!" this is still on going and the police are going to get involved.

My now fiance bought my engagement ring from here a 18ct Sapphire in gold. Knowing I don't particularly like gold, the gentleman advised my partner that dipping it in rhodium turns it to white gold which it is absolutely beautiful in everyway. My mum needed a repair to a ring as a diamond had fallen out, never seen her ring again the man in the shop gave her a different ring back ( moms was a new ring from a very well respected jewellers in Warwick) he gave her back an antique ring, mum went back a couple of times and I went with her to say this was not her ring he was adamant it was the right one, and he was extremely rude also very intimidating we gave up in the end , he told us two different stories 1. saying he repairs on site 2. he sends rings away as to get the same match of the diamonds. Two weeks ago we were in nuneaton, looked in his shop window guess what my mums original ring was there. What a horrible rude man

awful experience today. i went in for a watch battery replacement and a new strap, the salesperson was extremely rude and insulting, they told me that the watch wasn?t worth repairing and was a cheap fashion watch and not diamond and 925 silver. i immediately went to another jewellery store in nuneaton for a second opinion and they both fixed the battery and their diamond tester confirmed it was indeed a diamond and 925 silver watch. very unprofessional service from evan?s jewellers and i will avoid them in future and i recommend any future customers do too

My wife Simply asked for a watch battery to be changed, the person behind the counter was very rude and said ?this watch is in a right state - no wonder you have come here? my wife was on her own at the time but felt very insulted by this person?s attitude in the way he talked down to her. It?s a good job I wasn?t with her - he would have had a dressing down from me - supercilious person, who does he think he is? Don?t recommend, and certainly wouldn?t give him any custom.
