I am very disappointed with my recent experience in the EE branch in Nuneaton. Their opening hours are advertised as open until 5:30, but when I arrived at 4:50 I was shocked to find the shop was closed. I called the stores number and it confirmed they were supposed to open until 5:30. I then returned the next morning and found they weren?t open until 10:30!! Again falsely advertised on their phone line which states they open at 9am. I have chosen to take my business to 02 as they were very helpful with my problem and got a great phone and broadband package with them. The 02 staff are much friendlier than the staff in the EE shop next door??

Se t my phone off for repair. Told 5 days. The repair center hasn't even recieved my phone, and the phones are always set as busy helping customers as soon as the stores opens

No equipment to swap my sim card, have to wait 30 mins just to deal with enquiries, short on staff. So happy to pay my monthly bill ,and no customer after care .

After speaking to a very helpful person on the phone I thought I would visit the store to see if they could help a little more with my EE device but how wrong I was. The lady in the store didn't want to look or do anything to help, I understand it was their last hour of work but seriously at least pretend to help. I would recommend going next door to the O2 store as they want to help.

Totally missold a package to my elderly mother in law. Went in for a simple phone issue and was browbeaten about broadband after white lies and hidden cost rises not being declared. Took me 4 hours to unpick the mess and cancel everything. Repeadetly said she didn't understand and still the staff member wouldn't let it go. Has left her feeling vulnerable and guilty, predatory tactics that they wouldn't dare try on someone younger. Disgusting behaviour.

Having problems with my phone and broadband for weeks - went to shop in Nuneaton 3 times and had good service- problem persisted so when today as I am loosing work and my daughter works from home - only to be told to wait which was ok until people who came in the shop after me were prioritised before me !! - when trued to explain the problem I was told in no uncertain terms that it?s a by problem and nothing to do with we - tha attitude of the staff member was just downright rude - I have phoned we and hopefully been sorted by a very polite and helpful lady over the phone - your Nuneaton shop needs to train some of its staff ?
