We had a good experience within branch at the point of sale, but the aftercare service has been shocking, we paid for all the extra bed cover, damage protection delivery to the room etc and were told after 100 days, we could exchange or refund if unhappy with our purchase. Since then we have been messed about something awful, a dreams advisor came out and said our bed had a fault caused by the team who delivered the mattress folding it up the stairs, they then sent out an independent surveyor from Amira Group who attended our property and said it was faulty and 100% a manufacturers fault. We have since found out he has said in his report it?s because out bed slats that are 11cm wide and not a 9cm gap, which at no point has this every been mentioned. They were advised at the point of sale, it was going on a slatted base. Total fuming, as we have since paid an additional fee on top of the cost below to upgrade our mattress. I?m so angry and now been fobbed off waiting another three days for a call from a so called manager, not happy at all with dreams, your front end sales team have been severely let down by your after care.

Rob was super helpful when it came to buying a new mattress. Very friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Suggested extras that were actually helpful and made the entire transaction pleasant.

The salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable. It was nice to be met with a smile and offered us a cup of tea or coffee. Everything was well presented and not rushed. Robert gave us time to think about it without any pressure. Will highly recommend.
