Awful experience, i ordered 2 pizzas, hardly any tomato sauce or cheese on them which made it dry chewy and not very nice at all, nothing like how its advertised, I've taken photos, I phoned the store to complain and they weren't interested and told me to complain online.

Whenever me and my wife decide to get a take away pizza we always argue about where to get it from. Tonight I wish I'd lost the argument.
Domino's was always my favourite, the pizza would arrive in minutes and the pizza would always come out of the delivery bag smoking hot.
The last few pizzas have been disappointing but tonight was just awful. The person doing the quality check needs to find a new career, same goes to the person who made this mess.
As me and the wife also argue about what toppings to have, we went for half and half unfortunately for me her half looked a lot better than mine.
I ordered half cheeseburger and half meateor. The cheeseburger pizza is advertised as just having a "drizzle of burger sauce" the chef mistakenly misread this and poured the sauce on with a watering can.

Gone right downhill. Past 4 times I?ve ordered it took over 40 minutes comes cold even tried ordering for a time slot and that was missed by 30 minutes. Terrible. Pizza Hut from now on

I ordered stuffed crust for both pizzas and specifically asked for no pineapple on the Hawaiian pizza. However, I received something completely different from what I ordered and paid for. This isn?t the first time, but I can?t overlook the issue anymore, so here it is. I contacted Uber support, but unfortunately, the person I spoke with was very unprofessional. He couldn?t find the prices for a refund, even though they were visible, but he didn?t bother to check.
I?m a pizza chef too, and no matter how busy it gets, I always make sure to give customers exactly what they asked for and paid for. I understand that the job or salary may not be what you dream of, but remember, that?s not the customer?s fault. Your customers might be a tired wife and her 3-year-old child, just wanting to enjoy a meal after a long day. Next time, it could be you in that position. That?s why, in my opinion, it?s so important to care a little more about the work you do and the experience you provide.

Ordered a pizza, side and desert. Had to wait 2 hours in the end after calling 3 times and receiving false promises. Would not recommend at all.

The food arrived late and cold, the driver couldn't find the address using the postcode provided and when he did, the food looked like it had been shaken. Rang up, manager promised me a replacement but it's now over an hour and a half with no pizza and hungry people waiting for it.Looking at the reviews of the place, it seems to all be a similar issue recently which they clearly need to resolve urgently!!!

Absolute shambles of a place! Who is running it? I ordered pizzas and a drink after a heavy few days of work so I could have a relaxed evening. Instead, my order arrived minus drink. The driver said I should call them so I did, they said a drink would be sent out - no one thought to offer a refund. Twenty minutes later I called to say it?d be better to give me a refund - I?d already eaten most of the pizza. They couldn?t do this as driver had been sent out. No apology/goodwill gesture. I can see from the other reviews I?ll get the blanket ?reply? that we as businesses are encouraged to put on so that other customers are not put off. Disorganised mess - I?d have had a better evening fixing my own pizza - that?s what I?ll do in the future.
