Excellent Co-op has everything you could want. Beautifully displays, well organised. I would recommend them 100%

Really bad.
The shop itself is in a right state, every other floor tile is broken and taped down. The heating is either broken or just permanently switched off. Everything in the shop is old and tatty.
Service is very poor. There are never enough staff on tills. Click and collect orders take massive priority with lots of staff walking around picking items whilst massive queues build at the one till open for those who are shopping in person. Everyone queues at the convenience counter as the real tills are never open for those doing larger shops. So anyone nipping in for one or two items, or lunch, joins the back of a massive queue. No urgency or customer service for anyone in the store, but staff running around completing delivery orders. Even when you get to the front of the queue, a delivery driver will turn up for a collection and he gets priority over people who have been queuing for ages.
This is my closest shop but, like many locals, I avoid it at all costs and only use it when I?m passing and don?t have the time to visit a proper shop. I drive past it on my commute but will often go out of my way to use the Co-op in Attleborough which is in a completely different league! I used to shop here regularly but now regret it every time I try and use it.
Very damaging to the Co-op brand!

Never enough staff on the tills, always a queue with other staff busy taking care of click and collect orders. Its a shame they don't put as much effort into pleasing customers shopping instore as they do with the online orders

This is an expensive, outdated and shabby store with massive queues most of the time . It is in need of major investment. It despatately needs self service tills to relieve the massive queues. There are corner shops that are cheaper and more convenient. At present , it's a poor advert for the coop brand .

Ordered through Uber and all but 2 items were missing. Contacted Uber and the driver said it was the store and to contact them, contacted the store and they said to contact Uber. Nowhere further forward and no shopping. I would not recommend shopping here through a third party.

Nice shop and have the things me and my sister go for. There is usually a line for the checkouts and they leave you waiting 3 minutes a avoiding eye contact if your the only one at the till for like 2 minutes. Other than that good.

Very handy to pop too when you need to get few things. Can usually park right outside.

A decent sized, and well stocked, Co-op. There usually a good selection of fresh bakery items available. In addition, there's a free cash point outside and Amazon lockers inside the store which is handy.

Don?t bother going unless you?ve got all day to queue up at the tills. Don?t think I?ve ever been in without there being a queue of around 20 people waiting to get served by one person on the tills.
