“My mum purchased her mother of the bride outfit from here and the staff were amazing! The shop is bigger than it looks. You get a lady allocated to your group to help with inspiration, accessories and those dreaded zips! This really helped so that you were waiting around or relaying on a family member to help.We had a lady called Yvonne and she was brilliant, didn't push the compliments and let mum feel her own thoughts. She was very helpful with getting accessories to compliant the dress, which is very important! We really enjoyed our visit and will 100% recommend!”

“Lovely staff, nothing was too much trouble. Not rushed and happy to advise on best discount. No problem with numerous sample tests and best offers. Only problem I found was Rewards, when you have points to use, seems to be candles and more candles so not much variety as they used to have. Parking is easy (Ropewalk), and still only £1-50 for 3 hours. Disabled parking and a lift.”

“Lovely shop. Staff really friendly. Manager should not be in retail. Seen him on the shop floor three times now and each time he's been as useful as a chocolate fireguard. First time there was a large queue and he stood next to the till talking to a mate for five minutes totally ignoring the queue. Next time he was standing looking at a stack of beer, again totally ignoring the fact that a queue was building at the tills and ignores the bells ringing from the cashier asking for help. And I've just been in tonight and he was actually behind the counter! But counting tobacco and managing to ignore the queue that was almost out the door. I know stock taking has to take place but we were always taught the customer comes first. I feel sorry for his staff.”
