Went instore today to get my daughter some school shoes. Was greeted and served by Molly who was very polite and helpful when measuring my daughters feet and helping her pick a pair of shoes.

Only people in the shop, staff just standing around talking about friends social media’s posts and not being very professional. Always a good selection of shoes, I would probably go to a different Clarks store in the future though.
