Absolutely ridiculous! Ordered our food via Uber Eats 2 hours ago (5:45). The wait time was listed as 20 - 30 minutes and after 30 minutes, they updated the delivery time to 6:40 latest. We called the shop at 6:50 asking where the order was and they said it was out for delivery, again at 7:10 and they said it was put for delivery, again at 7:30 and we asked them to cancel the deliver driver and we would collect and they told us they were contacting their driver. They called us at 7:40 saying that our food was delivered to the wrong address and we could collect a new order from the shop.
Not ideal for a Saturday family night with 5 adults and 4 children to feed. God forbid the state of the food or the even longer wait time if we had allowed them to continue with delivery.

I ordered my food at 21:45PM last night and the food did not arrive until 23:47. I called about 22:35 for an update as was estimated at half past and was told 20 minutes despite it being 9 min away. I then tried calling a further 3 times during the next hour in which I had no answer. Food came cold and soggy and I have woken being violently sick to what only tastes like last night's food. Do not recommend this experience.

Wouldn?t recommend ordering from this place took way too long on delivery despite our adress not being too far away from the store over an hour and a half over the estimated delivery time

We wait 2 hours for delivery afer visiting a store we got a food . Our estimated delivery was changed 2 times . We tried contact shop for 20 minutes then we just drive to shop .we only heard sorry we were very busy. Sorry but if you move my delivery from 7.50 to 9.40 you can just phone me if I still would like to have food that late ( Monday night ).
Food was cold , not worth price . Eggs fried rice not single pice of egg, all souce diluted so badly they were almost clear. 1/4 duck I had like a tablespoon of meet ? for 10£!
Chicken satay not taste of peanut at all , taste like curry and mix flour. Sweet and sour chicken hongkong - chicken nuggets in sugar souce ? etc . Never again.60£ food delivery not worth a penny

Hi the food is excellent but the delivery driver was advised to telephone me but instead he started banging on my door and when I saud I didn't like it he got very threatening so I told him to go away ..I won't be using them again

Called up to order and the person who answered the phone either couldn't hear me or wasn't listening. I hung up when it took wayyyy too long to give my address and then they couldn't make my order as they kept asking me to repeat. I ordered via uber eats instead the wait time on uber eats states the delivery time is 20-30 minutes. An hour and 10 minutes later the food arrived and it was barely warm and soggy! Very disappointing as this is the second time I have ordered with them both times via uber eats and last time wasn't too bad albeit the food took a little bit longer than expected then as well. There are so many better chineses around nuneaton that are a bit cheaper so I'll avoid this one from now on!

Don?t ruin your evening. First order time was a 10-15 minute wait time. Wouldn?t have minded waiting 30 minutes but when 50 minutes passed I contacted to ask if there was a problem. It was as if I?d never made an order in the first place. Told I had to wait another 20-25 minutes for my order. I ask for some form of compensation and the lady just laughed at me. 35 minutes passes no food still. I call again and I?m told I have to wait another 10 minutes. I?m offered a drink for my inconvenience. Currently waited 1 hour and 45 minutes and I have no food.
