Lovely young lady on duty Sun 29.06.25 helped me pair an Apple Smart watch to my iPhone to ensure the pairing was successful before I left the store. Very kind, patient and polite and extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Probably the worst cex store ive been to, the staff members looked miserable and don't greet you and wait for you to talk 1st.

5 Stars to Leo ( 30158 ) who showed amazing customer service skills after the NEW ( shocking and dreadful website designed with no UX/UI in mind) decided to take payment for my order but never pass the information to the store so my order was nowhere to be found. She messaged about 10 people trying to find what's happening with my order. She could have told me to contact support and get on with her day but instead she sorted out the issue even though it took her over 1 hour and probably hundreds of messages to various people in the business. Thanks again Leo for sorting out the IT mess :D

My son is into vintage gaming and CEX is our go to every time, as they offer a 2 year warranty with every purchase. They are always knowledgeable and willing to offer technical advice. We are regulars in the Nuneaton branch and their customer service is always great.
