A huge thank you to the ladies working at Cafe Nero, Nuneaton - they made sure everyone was seated during a very busy lunch time rush by moving some chairs and tables around! No-one was without a seat or a hot coffee - great job and as always, excellent and friendly service ??

Visited for the first time in 9-10 months and what a difference from when I used to be a regular customer. Coffee tastes different, which is ok change is good, but the staff are totally different with customer interactions. They are so dismissive and seem to have lost the ?human? touch. Zero interaction apart from 2-3 words when placing order. They used to be so warm and conversational. Not any more. It?s a shame.

Usual Cafe Nero experience, they are mostly all the same. It's all personal preference but I love their coffee more than the other two big names and the cakes are especially tasty, the lemon cheesecake is of particular note. The chilled atmosphere and comfortable seating always a welcome break.They sell Cafe Nero Nespresso pods in there as well which are cheaper than pods in the local stores.
