Had a filling yesterday, with Mandeep. Treatment was excellent. She was very gentle, didn?t feel the injection at all. She took time to talk through the treatment with me. Her nurse Tara, was also very efficient, kind and took care of me. The reception staff are also very kind and helpful. They do a very good job.

reception staff were lovely. The nurse Serena was very friendly . Chris my dentist,made me feel at ease ( as I'm a very nervous patient ,) He was very gentle and explained clearly about the treatment being carried out .He is an excellent dentist!

Receptionist are great and dentists seem nice enough but considering your NHS contract hasn?t ran out yet I don?t think it?s fair every time I come I?m just told I have to spend hundreds of pounds or leave with no treatment. This time I?ve been given 5 days of amoxicillin with no follow up, I rang to arrange the next appointment for what I thought would be more antibiotics to clear the infection (felt them starting to work and since Saturday I?ve had none) I can feel the infection still going strong in my chin, and the dentist looked at me, said I looked less swollen (despite being more swollen than when I had gone in the week prior) and said it would be malpractice to give me more antibiotics. Was then taken to reception and told I have to pay £1100 for my teeth (I am a care leaver and am on benefits due to my mental health), was asked if my mum could help and then given a finance application which was rejected. I was given no other help whatsoever and have had to spend days fighting for a referral to the dentist in Birmingham for my teeth after being told this was not possible. Also, having been in pain with an abcess for over a week I?ve been taking painkillers for over 10 days, when I asked about which other painkillers I could take I was told to just give my current ones a rest. I feel you have been so negligent towards me, and I?m still in so much pain. Told me then after I rang saying I really need more antibiotics to get from the doctors, which doctors cannot do. Left with a raging infection in my chin and absolutely no help or advice whatsoever.

Recently had treatment for a root canal filling with Sazan. I would highly recommend this treatment with her, she is very professional and has done a fantastic job! Thanks again Jo Cullen

I was apprehensive after leaving my old dentist after so many years however, the staff are friendly and professional and the advice and treatment was fantastic.

After 20 years of attending this practice my wife has decided to leave and register elsewhere. Immensely disappointed in both reception and management. She feels as leaving extremely undervalued as an NHS patient and also states patient care and compassion should be re addressed as part of their on going training. Most definitely will not be returning
