Booked to take away a perfectly usable bed, sofa and wardrobe. Rejected them all :( Wasted a morning waiting in for them. Would have been less hassle to hire a skip ? If its not showroom ready don't bother. If it is worth anything FB market place!

had a collection arranged today from a storage unit not far from Nuneaton, having been told that we would receive 30 minutes notice of the collection myself and my wife made ourselves available all day. No call came, nobody ever turned up at the unit and nobody even rang to apologise

Rang nuneaton store to book a pick up of furniture. Said it was a dark wood sideboard in very good condition for its age. At no point did they say if over six foot could not be taken. My sideboard is six foot so just in the limit. Unfortunately a VERY RUDE and arrogant man decided it was too big and because a handle missing ( although in the draw to be fitted) said he couldn't take it in that condition. We also gave them a coffee maker which he said he could take. But asked for it to be put in black bag....no please or thanks. The worse thing about the sideboard was he said if they took it they would probably tip it. That just made me flip. This as been in my family for years and well loved and l thought ( wrongly) a charity could give a new lease of life with a deserving family. Will not be donating to this charity again. The young lad was polite and pleasant. Just the man in glasses/ red top/ dark hair. Rang shop and lady l spoke to said sorry and said it will be looked at bit sorry I'm fuming with his attitude ?

Brought a bed and set of drawers, paid £25 for it to be delivered and the old mattress to be taken away. They are suppose to phone 30 minutes before arriving. They called and arrived 4 minutes later. The man said he wanted to look at the returned mattress first, he said he wouldn't take it as had a stain. At no put was I told this when I arranged delivery. The man who was quite abrupt told me they don't deliver upstairs and proceeded to bring the matress and base into the lounge. The mattress had dirt marks on it and was not as clean as when I purchased it. Again the man said it was fine. He asked me to sign the docket, I refused and said my delivery note said it would be delivered upstairs. He reluctantly agreed and called his mate in. The bed was taken upstairs and simply propped against the wall. At no time when I paid for delivery was I told they wouldn't take it upstairs or that it would get dirty in transit. On phoning the store to complain the manageress Maria was equally rude and said I could bring the bed back if I wanted.
It is suppose to be a charity, the men who delivered are volunteers, yes there is fuel costs but its a large sum when technically they drop it in the lounge and don't keep it clean. It might be cheaper but not in the long run. Would not recommend

There are several good charity shops in Nuneaton, but the overpricing in this particular one puts it at the foot of the list for me. Compare this shop to the recently opened Salvation Army store near the station. Fantastic stock at unbelievably fare prices.
The British Heart Foundation does a wonderful job, but it's shop would do much better with more competitive prices.

Used to have good stuff at good prices but sadly it has become another victim of the pricing staff thinking eBay prices apply to charity shops. Just a little tip for whoever prices electricals In particular, local walk-in impulse purchases are not the same as customers looking for specific items on eBay. I see many electricals items in the store left unsold for months until they are finally reduced to more sensible prices

Had a very strange experience. I picked up a 3 piece suit here and the lady at the checkout apparently accused me of trying to steal the trousers lol! She insisted that I buy the trousers separately from the suit jacket, thus doubling the price on the tag?. overall left a sour impression.
If you leave the store literally paying twice the price on the tag AND feeling accused of stealing, doesn?t make the nicest shopping experience.
Do not recommend.

Fantastic experience when organising a house clearance at short notice. Marie and the team were great and I was kept informed all the way through and was sent photos of the property after the clearance. Many thanks ?

I like many more on this reviews forum for the Nuneaton branch agree that the Manager there has the most awful attitude towards her customers, she seems to hold them in contempt, and this transcends on to her counter staff. Although, the men behind the showroom who lift/transfer the furniture couldn't be more polite or helpful.

We have had several items from Nuneaton Heart Foundation.China cabinet, table and chairs, single bed and sets of drawers and the prices and quality are superb. It's more like a top furniture store than a charity shop and it's our first port of call every time we need an addition to our home in Burbage. Pictured are just two of our purchases. Highly recommended 10/10
