Absolutely rubbish chemist can?t even say was understaffed today will always be wait 20min to get served they seem more concerned about prescriptions sorted rather than dealing with the Que multitasking is out the question for these lot worst chemist about by a country mile and the staff also have no customer service skills

I have chosen to move to a different pharmacy as the pharmacist was very rude to me, and in front of other customers. I lectured Communication in Health and Social care and I suggest he goes and has some training in treating people with respect and not talking down to them.

Drove over specially. Web site says open all day, only to find it is closed for lunch. Seems I am not the only one to mention this. They obviously don't take any notice of reviews.

Went to collect prescription for diabetes and needed some covid tests. Charged £9 and then found out you can get for free if vulnerable which includes diabetics. Why not tell me?

Well located to collect prescriptions, but very let down by having to allow up to 45 minutes at times to collect a prescription. You?d think there?d be more staff - or if there are, they seem to be having a good old chinwag whilst the queue is out the door ?

No mention of different store hours on Google. Who shuts for a lunch hour?! Prime time for people to come to collect items. Very unhelpful and wasting my time.

Waste of time this pharmacy! Ignorant unhelpfull staff. Pharmacist hiding behind a counter whilst people wait to see them! When she does appear, she can't be bothered to help or even hear symptoms before fobbing you off to the gp! Only use for this place is collecting prescriptions, but that is if you're willing to que for half an hour whilst it takes the useless staff ages to serve each person.

Friendly helpful staff. Only problem is it can be a bit of the Bermuda Triangle is as much as that you can be in there for some time waiting to be served.

Getting served, whether for prescription medicine or just a single item from shelf can take a very very long time. Why cannot a major pharmacy like BOOTS employ one other person to look after the number 2 checkout which is never in operation.
