Today at 18:30, the lady at the self service for trolley was so rude, she didnt come once to help with a issue with the barcode, luckily the member of staff who was at the basket checkout resolved the issue. Poor customer service this is really bad service and she was lucky a manager wasnt present

Store untidy and poor availability.
Bakery hardly anything on the shelves at 3.30pm
Staff i engaged with unhelpful and could not be bothered.
Asda shops are the worst compared with other major retailers.
Been in a few last few months and everyone of them just as bad in store availabiltyand standards.

Asda nuneaton have changed there frozen sausages , hash browns and other products for cheaper less tasty products . They are using Asda name to sell shody food at high prices absolutely a joke won't be shopping there again

Most disgusting men's toilets possible.
Smelt like a 90's pub toilets.
Floor was covered in the..... obvious. Toilets didn't flush. Hand soap empty.
