Not had my glasses long, took them back because the one hinge was faulty ( side arm flapping about and wont stay over my ear because the hinge falling apart ) and was told they couldnt/wouldnt sort it.They have fallen off me and have dissapeared.......cant find them because they fell off outside so a total waste of £120 for glasses not fit for purpose.Cant message you on fb Tasha, you have messages disabled. Nice try tho.

Variety of glasses is very good, staff were really helpful, eye test and fitting were thorough and they took their time. I have complex lenses and the staff were very knowledgeable, the best out of all the opticians I've been to. Glasses arrived very quickly. Only negative that stops it being a 5 is that they got my appointment time wrong. I definitely wrote it down correct and I received a voice mail the day before. When I got to the store they had it down 45 minutes later. Not a problem as I walked around the shop and had a coffee, just annoying. Will not beat their prices anywhere, as thinner lenses are included in price if needed, I was shocked by this as I have been charged up to £270 for thinner lenses elsewhere!

Staff unhelpful more interested in talking to each other. Optician polite and professional pity his customer service staff lets him down, will be going to spec savers next time!
