Never Been to Zizzi before & wow! A warm welcome on arrival,food was Excellent & Sonia was an Amazing Host Throughout she made us feel Very welcome from start to finish. Will definitely be back in the New Year xxxKid-friendliness: Sonia was so polite to my children :)

Lady on front of house was one of the rudest people I have ever spoken to on the phone. 4/5 Uber drivers cancelled because the food wasn't ready, this is 50 mins after waiting already. We rang to get an update and the lady said ?unless i go in the kitchen and cook it myself its going to be another 45 minutes?. The lady then hung up on us. Probably the worst customer service from a restaurant in Leamington Spa.

Not enough vegan options - plenty of the menu items containing dairy/eggs could be changed to a plant-based recipe. Good taste to the food, but everyone must admit that this place is grossly overpriced.

5* for food and service, but the only reason for 2* on the atmosphere was because there were only a few people in the restaurant. Luckily, we had a really lovely lady serving us, and we laughed and had fun regardless. VISIT ZIZI !!!!! The food is beautiful and proper out of the ordinary Italian dishes!

Wait 25 minutes for table to be cleaned. Very loud person at table nearby so couldn?t hear my own party. Ordered cheesecake and came swimming in ice cream with the waiters thumb in it which was wrong too. Also ordered lemon sundae which came as vanilla. Wouldn?t return again, service bad, food mixed it and thrown

We thought we had had a lovely time at Zizi today. Then, we came home. Both my mother and myself now have severe food poisoning, even though we ate different things. What is happening in that kitchen!? Thank goodness my little girl refused to eat her food.I don't think I will ever visit a Zizi again.

we found a piece of cake under the plate, it is very dirty and awful ? what is more, we wait for long long for our ice cream. Also, toilet is dirty. Very disappointed, we don't recommend to come

Visited on Sat 30th Sept, (family of 4), table booked for 6pm, we arrived at 5:55 and got seated straight away. Food order was taken at 6:15 pm. It took 1hr to get the Garlic Bread starter, 1hr 45mins to get our main meals. It took nearly half an hour after we were given the dessert menu, for the dessert order to be taken and these were served just after 9pm. The waiting staff were very apologetic and they were getting a hard time from some annoyed customers. It was caused by a delay in the kitchen and despite the reassurances that our food was "on it's way", it took ages to materialise. Most tables were left waiting for an incredible amount of time, some customers walked out. The lack of customer service from the management was really shocking and they were not going to take anything off the bill until I argued. Stating that we had come out for a family meal not an evening out. The food was good, except for the loaded bolognese fries which were stuck to the plate and of course we spent slightly more on drinks because we were there for longer than anticipated. I did feel sorry for Just Eats and Deliveroo staff as they were left waiting by the door for about an hour to collect their orders. The waiting staff were under so much pressure and need to be commended for their patience under difficult circumstances.

myself and 6 of my colleagues visited the lemaington branch today and the service was hurrendous. When we asked for items or help the staff just rolled their eyes and did not want to help. When we first entered we didn?t even get a greeting it was like ?follow me? we asked the lady if we could use our blue light card as we had free starters she kept saying ?No? really rudely. We spoke to a man and he reassured and said we could use the vouchers it took us 40 minutes to order food as nobody helped with how to order. Towards the end we asked to pay as the app wasn?t working at this point the man then rolled his eyes as if we asked him to do a big massive thing. As we walked out they all smirked the women who was on the bar and the guy serving. If I do not get any kind of reimbursement for this meal or any vouchers for me and my colleagues to compensate this I will be taking it further. We don?t pay £160 to have eyes rolled out and hear huffs & puffs. The man serving at the time was called Anton. I?ve also written to head office.

Omg I feel so sorry for the waitresses in Zizzi tonight (30/09/23) sat down at 6.10pm, and placed our order at 6.20pm, starters did not arrive for an hour.Main course arrived at 7.45pm and we had cinema tickets booked for 8pm.My pizza was 100% charcoal, bottom was black, my wife who does not eat pork was served bacon in her prawn linguine!The manager waived our bill and countless others with many more walking out.2nd bad experience in Zizzi and this will be my last.Manager 10/10 for customer service, chefs 1/10 for food quality.

A bit dissappointed for Zizzi.Calamari was cold and had to be remade.Service was awful. Had to go up to bar to pay bill, Ask for cutlery etc. There was 1 poor person in the kitchen whilst everyone else smoked outside. It was a special occasion as well which made it more disappointing as have been here before when it was good. Service very lacklustre driven by us all the time. Only redeeming point was pizzas were great although smaller than usual and manager had a good temperament a recognised faults.

Came on a Friday evening, at 6pm when it was relatively quiet. Took around 30 minutes to place a drinks order and then the food order shortly after. After coming back from a European holiday, I realised how utterly atrocious they must just find our restaurant experience. Microwaved food, cold and overpriced.

Ordered a meal on Saturday evening. Margarita Pizza, Chips with bolognaise, Cheesy Garlic Bread with balsamic onions and 2 desserts.The pizza was stone cold and burnt, chips overcooked and cold, cheesy garlic bread was burnt, cold and rock hard! One dessert was a tiny cheesecake in a huge box, so had been battered around on delivery (no fault of the delivery driver). Only one dessert was edible out of the whole order. I can't believe any 'chef' thought that it was reasonable to send an order out that way. We live 5 minutes from the restaurant, so the food should have at least had some heat!I called Zizzis and spoke with the manager, who apologised but who's solution was to apply for a refund from Uber Eats. When I enquired about having a replacement meal, I was told that they have a table of 15 and 16 people in who are waiting on their food, so I'd be waiting at least 40 minutes! The customer service was shocking and I will definitely avoid in the future.The food looks considerably better in the photos!

Nice food, but very long wait. Complicated by gluten free and manager not on site. Waited nearly 1 hour for mains and over half an hour for drinks. If you want a quick lunchtime stop, avoid. We had a baby too which made the wait more challenging.Starters arrive cold as no serving staff to deliver.They turned away many customers during this time and also had frustrated just eat and deliveroo drivers being disappointed and leaving angry.
