Awful experience of staff and this store. Visited on a weekend to choose and purchase a Tonies character with my 5 year old. He selected from the stand, a few labelled as sold out which is to be expected post Christmas. We took his choice to the till to be told they didn’t have a single Tonie character in stock. First floor looks a bit empty, very wide spaces between book shelves. Why not put reading areas, chairs tables or bean bags?

It has InPost collection centre, DHL parcel options within it.I found the prices to be slightly higher. But it does offer a lot of greeting cards and stationary options.The upper floor has books on offer.
