Overcharging charities and on multiple occasions I?ve seen poor coverage in some areas. Dismissive employee personnel when visiting external business stands at expos. EE ??

Shockingly awful 'service'. 3 staff, one actually serving customers. Wait patiently for a loooooong time, and it turns out you can't even do something as simple as top up someone else's phone, not even if you're there in person, have the number and want to pay yourself. The type of unthinking, incompetent, uncaring customer non-service that is killing the big legacy telecoms High Street business, and quite rightly.

Wanted to give a big thank you to Kyle! Was a huge help when it came to choosing a new phone and helped me approve of my application on the same day allowing me to take my new phone which I really needed. Easy to chat to and knows that he?s talking about. I would recommend this branch when looking to upgrade or look for a new contract.
