We stayed for 3 days on a work event,and would not stay again. Whilst the rooms might be spacious they are extremely tired.my colleague had to move due to a huge leak on day 2,with the comment it always does that. We hod booked breakfast and it was actually just a breakfast box with milk, cornflakes a flapjack.So on top of the £600 for 3 days had to find breakfast. Premier inn close by would have been a better choice.Never again

Oh well...
We were really excited to stay in Leamington town centre, only to get disappointed...
No king size bed (two singles made up together) as advertised, separate duvets etc, therefore had to sleep separately from my husband ? toilet was super outdated and for disabled people as can be seen on the pictures. We took this room post 11pm, therefore we're quite happy that they had a room, but if they would let us know that this would be the case, we would reject this hotel. Door was squeaking on every use. Overall, would never stay again, expensive and not worth it.

Does what it says on the tin really, reasonably priced and quite unfussy but does the job well for a night or two (stayed two nights). The location is fantastic and it?s a lovely old building. My main complaint with this one was that it didn?t have air con and you can?t open the windows very much, so was pretty hot staying in August.

Well,from a beautiful old hotel to now a travelodge, stayed here afew times when home visiting family, but this time oh dear, one of the good rooms, not cleaned very well, dust everywhere window ledges filthy dirty, windows so high you need to be 8ft tall, not worth the money. got a different rm, had to get towels,cobwebs around the window in bathroom,
1st night, couple 5am shouting arguing, she slept in communal hallway,
Nothing was done.so sadly our time staying has come to an end,this lovely building needs a revamp.

Nice old building, great location, friendly staff. The Georgian sash window didn't open so the room was too hot - there's no Aircon.

Hotel is okay, nothing too special.
Two major problems:
- Parking is far away
- I need an invoice for my stay but the service is not reachable (not via phone or mail)

A nice hotel but disappointed about not getting a refund for breakfasts. Explained the night before that my son was unable to come so would like a refund for the breakfast then realised there was nothing breakfast room and they were takeaway boxes. They wouldn?t refund these - seems illogical that if the goods aren?t required then we should be allowed to cancel.

Great for somewhere to get your head down for a night nearest car park is about 5-10 min walk and is currently £12 for 24hrs

My admin booked the hotel and after a 3.5 hour journey and driving in circles I rang the hotel for directions explaining I was driving around lost. The gentleman was so unhelpful and after describing the shops around me he still had no clue (I was round the corner) mislead by the fact that when you arrive the building is also a Wagamama?s restaurant so when you?re in your car, you don?t see much else. Very unhelpful.the door to the hotel is down the side of the building. The receptionist also couldn?t give me directions to a carpark, I explained the hotel was on my left and asked where I should go. After following his directions there was No carpark. (He had sent me the wrong way) after checking out a few other carparks (all short stay) I eventually found one and made my way to the hotel. The hotel was dark, loud and smelt very peculiar. Their breakfast to go was diabolical and the evening staff were useless. I have never been so frustrated. I can appreciate after a long journey I was pretty tired but even a little help would have been extremely grateful. I would not stay here again.

Hotel is average. No sleep as the pubs opposite were rowdy until gone midnight. Never staying here again!
