Took a down puffer jacket in with a grease stain on the front, one member of staff said my washing it had set the stain. A gentleman said it would come out with fairy liquid. I left it with them to wash and tumble dry. On collection the stain was still there. I think the cost was £23
I then bought nikwax a detergent specially to wash down jackets. It removed the stain without pre treating good as new. So unsure if the cleaners even used proper down detergent to keep waterproof integrity

If you put ?est ~1970? on your website. You should have a professional approach to your work and good communication with clients.
If the stains seem difficult to clean with your efforts, you should have enough experience by the way to see that and you should make a trial in a localized area of the clothe before you start full cleaning. Then if it is not possible you should call the client, and tell the story and don?t continue to cleaning, don?t request any money. It is reasonable for clients to get convinced.
As we are clients, we pay for services. You can?t only put a note on the clothes and don?t inform the client about the history when the client arrive at your store to get it.

So so grateful to the Team for rescuing my situation today. I bought an expensive dress for my daughter to try on at home. She managed to step back onto her Art Portfolio and got oil paint on the hem of the dress. A long story short, they carefully spot tested and then treated it. It's spotless! Needed to find a dry cleaners in an emergency after realising that my wedding dress had a couple of marks on, only a few days before my wedding. My sister found details on Top Cleaners website regarding a wedding dress spot clean service, and despite contacting them outside business hours, received a response within a couple of hours.The dress was taken in the next day and collected same day. The cost for cleaning was very reasonable, and the staff could not have been more helpful. I will be taking my dress to them for cleaning post wedding.Highly recommend.Service: Wedding gown cleaning

Secons time taking a coat to this dry cleaners. Definitely won?t be returning again. The first time I took my lovely grey coat that had some blackcurrant squash spilt on it. I took it same day and explained what had happened. The stain was still clearly visable when I picked it up. I didn?t have time to leave it again so had to pay and take it away. I did end up getting it out myself. This time I took my black coat that had been crumpled in a bag for a few years after an alteration. When I picked it up it was less crumpled but looked like it needed a good clean. It had hairs on it and needed a really good roller to take all the bits off. Not sure what the £16 I paid was for!?! When I asked, they didn?t care and just said it goes into a machine, doesn?t get wet so it wouldn?t remove hair. Honestly, really not sure what I actually paid for, never again.Service: Clothes pressing

My sofa has been revitalised....I love my two G-plan sofas, bought from long lost and lamented Woodwards in 1993. They've been round the world and I hate to admit, somewhat neglected, mostly because I've never been sure how to have them cleaned. Anyway after carefully disembowelling the big one (whoever designs sofas is a genius) I took half the covers into Top Dry Cleaners in Leamington who were very helpful and friendly and after signing (quite reasonably) an at my risk disclaimer, I left them to it. With some trepidation I picked them up a few days later and they're perfect. Other half in for cleaning and now returned. So for £26 I've got, to all intents, a new G-Plan sofa and I'm thrilled (maybe it doesn't take a lot to thrill me I know) but I am thrilled so thank you Top Dry Cleaners. Absolutely no doubts about them doing the sibling but much less grubby smaller sofa in the near future too. Thank you.

Came in from Canada for a wedding and dropped my brand new suit to get steamed and fresh. Forgot to pick it up on Saturday and was on a panic when I realized they were closed Sunday. Went on the website and sent an email telling my sob story. Long story short the kind owners drove in from town to open the store early Sunday morning and gave me my suit simultaneously saving me from years of heckling from my in laws. Oh and the doghouse with my wife too! Can't thank these guys enough. Just really good people
