"I?ve been a loyal Toolstation customer, spending quite a bit with them over the years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. My latest order arrived missing two items. When I visited my local store for help, they simply told me to call customer service, which I did ? only to be kept on hold for 35 minutes with no answer. I also submitted an online complaint form but have received no response.
For a company of this size, the lack of assistance and slow response time is frustrating. I expected better customer support, especially for regular customers. I hope Toolstation addresses these issues, as it?s unacceptable to feel ignored after spending so much with them. I would advise others to consider this before placing an order if they value good service."

I have to start with saying I'm delighted to say this team at Leamington is one of the most helpful in a retail. I'm delighted to go to their store. Everytime I'm in need of some sort of weird solution, they've got my back! Often I need stuff not for the exact intended purpose of it, and the staff ia very helpful fetching them so I can have a look, compare etc... Thye're friendly, welcoming and professional. Thye're happy to go for the extra mile, and always greating, and say good bye.

Thank you Yousif. You?re a very kind caring man who spent time solving a problem for me. I needed a tall tap to match a counter top small basin. I couldn?t find what I wanted. But Yousif didn?t give up. He measured everything up and then improvised stacking catalogues up to the right height so I could see what the tap would look like. He was spot on and my tap looks perfect. Thank you so much. I?d had a horrible time driving up the cycle path thinking it was the parking lot entrance (I know?talk about stress). Yousif carried out my shopping to the car then explained where to drive out to get on the road home. Absolutely excellent service. Such a helpful man and a credit to Tool Station Leamington. ?

I am quite a frequent customer of Toolstation, Leamington Spa.
All the staff at this branch are very friendly and helpful.
However, Kelsey often goes the extra mile and is a credit to Toolstation.
