Had a full head of highlights and blow dry here and was charged £170. After questioning why this was so much more than usual, they told me I had been charged £25 for a toner which no one had mentioned would be an extra cost as I hadn?t even asked for this (which has always been included) and £25 for a blowdry which also wasn?t mentioned would be an extra cost. Very disappointing

I had a brilliant experience with Ellie. She was the most wonderful and helpful. Had amazing attention to detail and understood exactly what I wanted when I could barely put it into words. She taught me an easy way to style my new bangs and talked me through picking the best hair products! Ellie was welcoming and lovely from the start and I will definitely be back!

The lady who did my hair was not very nice at all!! The hair was okay ( did a blowout but it was quite flat) but she seemed very hostile and i saw her make faces to her coworker quite a few times so was disappointed with the experience

Totally unacceptable customer service from the team at Tony and Guy Leamington. Wife booked an appointment on Tuesday with plenty of time for a patch test for colouring prior to appointment Friday. Messaged on Thursday (today) to cancel and reschedule appointment as they hadn?t arranged a patch test with her. My wife needed her hair doing for an event (and first getting back out in the world post birth) the following Monday and this has now completely ruined those plans and without options to go elsewhere for her hair doing, leaving her upset without a care at all from the staff at T&G. Appalling.
