Felt judged by the shop 'assistants' as I was dressed in dog walking clothes. When enquiring about some boots, the shop woman responded 'they're expensive'. That really is a bad attitude and because of this I would advise others to avoid this place and spend their money elsewhere. Go and learn some customer service skills otherwise you will lose business. It's obvious that they have very few customers so will probably go bust soon.

I visited this shop whilst on holiday from Jersey recently. I was on the hunt for Veja trainers.
The shop assistant was superb! such knowledge about the product and so, so helpful.
I'd definitely recommend this shop for great quality shoes and outstanding customer service.

Of course I?m biased because of the name, but love having this local boot boutique as option for such footwear. Great range of Doc Martin?s for when I bought a pair as an Xmas gift.

I'm not someone who enjoys shopping I see it as a chore. However, having been here and having been served by Julie & Kary I will make an exception. I loved the shoes here, my wife and I both purchased some after about 45 minutes of patience from both of the girls dealing with us. They made the experience a pleasure.
