I love shopping at Tesco one or twice a week, I want to appreciate Breude Tuuz, I hope I spelt it correctly?. She is so amazing her custom service is so so so excellent, always with a smile, ready to help and above all she treats people with kindness, respect, she is amazing?I rate her 100/100 with customer service because people like her make Tesco a happy place to shop.

Brilliant customer service from Sonika. I had just bought ice cream, but had forgotten my house keys. My housemates couldn?t get home for another hour, and the weather was quite warm. I asked for help from Sonika and she helpfully placed my products in a freezer and said I could keep them there until my housemates arriver home. This was extremely helpful and prevented my ice cream from melting! Thanks again, Sonika!

My latest visit really left a sour taste in my mouth. I went to the checkout only to discover that nobody was actually on them. People with baskets all going to the self service checkouts. I had to struggle to fit my shopping on, no idea what people with big trolleys had to do.
What happened to all the staff?

a mess of staff, does anyone notice their stupidity as if they are making laws on my money. Those in management who have skills, do training for the staff. Miserable, ironic, disrespectful. We who buy the products pay for them, we don't get them for free

Not cheap at any stretch. Some so-called "clubcard" members prices are the same elsewhere without a loyalty card.

This Express is like a small superstore, with express prices.
I recommend for the convenience items, but if I lived here, I?d make my big shop elsewhere.
The coffee is particularly overpriced here (compared to the big store).

I recently popped into my local Tesco Express for a quick shop, and it was a bit of a mixed bag. First off, the convenience of the location is hard to beat. It?s my go-to spot for grabbing essentials on the way home from work. They usually have a decent range of products, from fresh produce to toiletries, which I always appreciate.
However, my experience with the service was somewhat average. While the staff was friendly enough, the checkout line was longer than I?d hoped. It seemed like they could have benefitted from a couple more cashiers during the busy evening hours. I understand that sometimes it can get hectic, but when you?re on a short lunch break or in a rush, every minute counts!
One aspect I did enjoy was the cleanliness of the store; everything seemed well-organized, and the shelves were stocked nicely, which made it easy to find what I was looking for. Prices were on par with what I?d expect, though I did find a few items slightly pricier compared to larger supermarkets.
In summary, Tesco Express is great for convenience and usually has a good selection, but some fine-tuning on the service side could really elevate the shopping experience. I?ll definitely keep coming back for those quick stops, but I hope to see a bit more effort in managing the crowds during peak times!

Average but really expensive. Staff aren't the best you'll ever meet. The place is of average cleanliness and is handy for those waiting for buses at Leamington Parade.

Quite a large Tescos Express with plenty of products can get very busy around lunchtime. Staff on the self-service till were very helpful.

For quick shopping this is my go to place. Located in many places around the UK, I quite like it. Some of its store have more items than other ones. Like the Leamington Spa Tesco Express has more items than the on in Birmingham City centre.

Old lady at Self checkout was very Rude it was my friends birthday bought him some scratch cards they won £11. He was gonna spend the money on his lunch he tried to redeem them the old lady asked for his ID he showed his ID then she asked for mine I didn?t have mine on me even though I?m 20 but I mean the person redeeming them had there ID so I didn?t see the problem but she refused to give us our winnings.just before this a ginger girl was gonna give us our money and she already checked my friends ID and we were about to get our winnings until the old lady butted in.so sadly we weren?t able to spend our money at Tesco?s to buy lunch
She wasn?t the brightest clearly since I know I went into Tesco?s the day before this and my mum bought the scratch cards and the Tesco worker didn?t ask for my ID after seeing my mums ID so the logic wasn?t there I didn?t understand why she made such a drama we were gonna spend the money at tescos anyway ?
The same goes for alcohol if I was a parent in my 30s 40s and I wanted to buy alcohol I wouldn?t need to take my child home to buy that alcohol and they wouldnt ask for Id from my child just for me
However the co op didn?t let us down even though the Tesco worker made my friend very worried to try and redeem them again thankfully the co op haven?t got any incorrect jobsworths

Miserable staff, rude ! They should do a review and do something regarding those old womans working there, they are absolutely disgusting people!!!Their attitude is so unpleasant. They make customers not to go and buy from there anymore.
