I just wanted to say how lovely the Sue Ryder shop in Leamington Spa is. The manager and volunteers are absolutely wonderful ? so friendly, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they do. The shop itself is beautifully laid out, clean, and full of treasures. It?s a real breath of fresh air to visit a place with such a positive atmosphere and truly excellent customer service. You can tell there's genuine care behind everything they do. A fantastic experience every time I visit ? thank

Helpful staff and well laid out but I wish the store would recognise much of the people who choose to support Sue Ryder cannot afford a lot of the prices. I feel the vintage side of the store needs reconsidering, £125 for a jacket isn?t something feasible for a lot of the customers. Would love to see the store return some of its prices as there are often great pieces in there and would love to support the charity again.

The prices here are ridiculously high. I?ve seen items in here priced higher than in an antique store.

Like so many other charity shops they seem to believe they are dealers and forget that the items they are selling are given freely and any profit is 100% gain. Please revert to being the bargain seekers joy that you once were.
