Disappointing Experience at Subway
I had a very frustrating experience at this Subway due to Jakob's rude and unprofessional behavior. He was unfriendly, unhelpful, and lacked basic customer service skills. Communication was also difficult, making my order process frustrating.
Good service requires patience and professionalism, but Jakob showed neither. This experience left a bad impression, and I hope management addresses the issue for better service in the future.

All the salad had only just been taken out. The freezer could see all the frost on it.

I was queuing to order when I seen the person preparing the sandwich before me digging her hands in bacon and chicken before grabbing all the cheese slices to separate them from each other. It really grossed me out as a vegetarian, there were clearly still bits of meat on her gloves which went straight to stick on the cheese. I left the queue to grab something in pret instead

When it is open you get more meat on a butchers apron. For the price you should have more filling than you're given. Poor attitude poor food.

Worst subway I?ve ever had! So mean considering I only had cheese and salad no meat virtually a just a dry roll asked for more mayo but hardly a squirt! Won?t visit again there.

We always a welcome stop always use Welcome Break Services North and South at Warwick on the M40 when we go to the North as it about half way and a good time for a break (rest and comfort break). They are one of the best on the M40. Both are very pleasant, very well sign-posted, easy to park and easy entrance and exit. There are reasonable food options including KFC and Burger King, Chopstix, Subway, Starbucks and a very good Waitrose and W. H. Smiths. The communal seating is always clean although at busy times too small. Toilets are fine, clean and tidy.

Nice enough service station, however the service at The Good Breakfast was second to everyone. Staff couldn't be bothered to cook an extra egg, siting 'I have to clean it all down', with an emphasis to a fellow staff member, on getting off home as efficiently as possible...the eggs that were available proved to be edible just required some extra chewing. Enjoy my currency, it will be the last you receive from me...

Clean, plenty of parking and feels spacious inside. Toilets were spotless and lots of fast food choices (at motorway prices of course). We stopped going both south and north.
