Disinterested staff with no people skills. Didn't ask if we were sitting or taking away so assumed take away and charged for the cup.

Really not impressed with the Chopstix Noodle Bar. Staff were ?not allowed? to tell me which of their options had mushrooms in (I am allergic). So I took my custom elsewhere.

Place was empty but they were busy with drive thru so completely ignored me. Eventually they just said? for here or takeaway? Without even looking at me. I hadn?t said a word.Toilets are always disgusting.

A fairly nice starbucks at a motorway service station. Gives you a break from all the costa's you see at service stations these days. A nice clean restaurant with plenty of seats and a nice atmosphere. The drive thru is usually not busy so you can get your coffee in a jiffy. I got my drink here fairly quickly and it tasted nice like i expected. Would highly reccomend this place.

Nice setting, but staff consistently short and impolite. More than any other Starbucks, the lack of please and thank you (over the period of the last two years) is really apparent.

Ordered a oat milk based drink, wasn't until I took a big gulp most of the way down the motorway I realised it had been made with normal milk and the label confirmed. The server did seem more interested in chatting with a colleague when I ordered so probably why this happened. Filthy toilets with pungent smell of urine. 5 people behind the counter twiddling their thumbs and chatting rather than serving customers. Slow service of course. Worst Starbucks I?ve ever been into.

What a great spot. Just when I needed a coffee after leaving Birmingham earlier that morning. The drive through was a blessing being so darned cold outside. The coffee took a little while to make. Not sure why but it was nice and hot, not just warm like other places make it, which I hate.

Slow service, staff more interested in their phones (insta, not a work device) than my order, coffee was burnt (more or less undrinkable), toilet was dirty with wet floor and was cramped and I was given the wrong cake. Other than that it was ok. There was only one other customer in the outlet so atmosphere was quite sterile.

Stopped at Warwick at 21.30 to get some coffees and cakes to keep me and my sister going on a cold wet night. Member of staff took the order, but seemed stumped when I was paying half by cash and half by card. Not usually an issue when I've paid for goods like this in the past. We had our own cups but I had to remind her of the second cup needed to be handed to who ever was making the coffee. Second cup eventually arrived. I then had to ask where my cakes were. "What did you order?" The member of staff asked. He the proceeded to stuff them into one bag, which wasn't big enough for them. I asked about serviettes. He didn't know where they were. The four members of staff seemed too busy talking amongst themselves to be bothered about customers. It felt like a group of school children playing at "Shop". I also question why the seating area was closed as they were still open when we left 20 mins later. If you don't want people sitting in the Starbucks area, why have that bit open? Wouldn't it make more sense to open the Starbucks in the main serving area. In short I was really disappointed. I have stopped here regularly and never had such a poor service. Perhaps they need closer supervision.

Ordered a two coffees and a cinnamon swirl, the coffees are fine but the cinnamon swirl is like a brick! Stale! We are on the motorway now so can?t return it! Not impressed with the quality of the food and also the young blonde lady who served us was very rude not even talking to us when she gave us our order just held them out the window! Disgusting customer service!

Called in for a coffee on our way home. The coffee was up to the usual Starbucks standard. The service was polite but nothing exceptional. One benefit this Starbucks outlet has is that it has its own seating area which can be beneficial when the rest of the service area is crowded (which it was on the day we were there).

We were the only two customers at the Starbucks counter, six members of staff behind the counter, a couple cleaning, the others chatting amongst themselves. We stood waiting to be served for approximately five minutes, the staff knew we were there but ignored us. ?ANYBODY SERVING? my partner called out, they looked at us and finally one came over and took our order, no apology for the wait. We ordered two coffees and then waited again while they performed the coffee making pantomime which took another ten minutes. The two coffees they made were horrible and should have been returned to them however by the time we realised we were back on the motorway. Won?t be going there again.

Clean and tidy eating area, mens toilets could do with more attention
