Try to get in and out without speaking to any staff. The team there are visibly and audibly frustrated and will take it out on you.

Awful shop, staff were shouting to each other from one side of the shoe department to the other. Something to do with how one of them is 30 years old and going out with 17 year olds on nights out, odd behaviour and really not very inviting, walked straight out.

I would leave zero if I could. Absolutely shocking customer service from the lady who was behind the counter when I went there this morning. First, I couldn't find anyone available to help me buy the trainers (there was only one foot on display); so I went to the till to ask for help. She was quite busy, understandably, so she asked me to wait. I did, by facing the big queue thinking by the time I got there she would have sorted it. Nope. When it was my turn she didn't even know the name of her colleague to ask to check the stock - so I offered to go and call him myself. Now, I want to make it clear my review is towards this girl behind the counter, not this lovely guy who I asked to check the stock for me. He stopped what he was doing to help me out. He brought me the trainers, off I went to the till again and this girl said I should enter the queue again. I said it was very unfair, she insisted; I was so shocked that I couldn't help myself but say "really? After I offered to help and ask your colleague to check the stock?" which she replied by saying I shouldn't have gone to the queue without both trainers anyway. How unprofessional, honestly! I then said I couldn't find anyone available to begin with, and left my trainers by the counter and left saying "great" customer service! I have a business of my own and I know the customer is not always right, but I bloody was and her confronting attitude was shocking. I hope they promote the lovely guy who helped me - he was putting new Wellington boots on display. They are also short of staff and this girl clearly doesn't know how to deal with customers. I get it when it's busy and things can be challenging, hence I gave her time to sort it by going to the queue instead of standing next to her to wait. It was very unfair and the unnecessary/confrontational comments were just unbelievable. I went to their competitor straight away to buy my trainers.I usually don't leave bad reviews as I know how much it affects a business nowadays. But I really felt like this had to be shared - please hire the right people otherwise you will lose customers!

I had a very unpleasant experience at this store. I wanted to return a pair of boots which I bought a few days before. The reason I was returning them was because they were very uncomfortable and were hurting my ankles. I would of been happy to exchange them, or at least get half my money back, but the shop assistant told me because I already wore them, I couldn't return them. Then I spoke to the manager and he also said the same thing. I understand there policy, but I didn't expect the rude and unfriendly attitude I received. I will not be using this store again. ?

2 very rude members of staff. I went politely to ask a question and she replied can't you see I'm busy. Then I went to a young man and he was just as bad. The lady who has worked there for a while is always very nice and friendly

Visited sports direct at royal priors. Store is great from location and item choices perspective. Prices are also competitive. However at times I felt that store is under staffed. At times you have to wait for more than 10 minutes to get your shopping billed.

Hopeless customer service at leamington shop. They sold me a faulty basket ball , within an hr till I reach my home the ball was flat. And now these people are not at all listening to the query. It rude behaviour and faulty product. My request to management to look into seriously on this issue.

We had a very bad experience when we bought a shoe and suddenly due to size issue and not comfortable,we went back shop to return it as per the return policy.Also we didn't get a box for the shoe when we bought it.But they were so rude including the manager that they told without the shoe box we can't return it.And we were having the bill and everything with us and they denied to take back it without box.Also very poor customer service.

A couple of children were trying out the balls by bouncing them on the floor. Not getting in the way of shoppers. A member of staff then said really loudly in a miserable tone, twice, 'stop bouncing the balls!' The parents of the children bouncing the balls did as requested, but certainly did not buy any balls.

On Saturday 1/7/2023 I went to sports direct ands being disabled and trying stuff on is a mission but they have changing rooms that adapt from 2 rooms into 1 big one for disabled access . The lady who helped me trying to find the correct jogging bottoms to suit and advise me I could not thank enough they were extremely busy but still determined to adapt the changing room for me along with her managerThank you very muchAndy OwenKenilworth

Great store for all sports equipment and apparel. Ample parking in the parade shopping centre at a charge. Definitely recommend for your sports requirements.
