I was squashed almost to death in the queue for over an hour. The bouncers did nothing about it when people were screaming and kept letting more people into the queue and gave no information on what was happening. After all that they did not let loads of people in after waiting so long. This was on the verge of becoming a serious crowd crush and very dangerous as it was not even possible to leave the queue. Would not recommend. It?s not even that good inside.Also they lost my new coat and ignored my emails about it :(

The queue was extremely dangerous and disorganised, as they were first not letting anyone queue up before letting everyone into the barriers and causing a crowd surge. I genuinely could not breathe or move, even if I wanted to leave the queue. Would give no stars if I could. >:(

Bought two tickets in error for the wrong day at the entrance in confusion of the day (as bought past midnight at the door) Apparently I was supposed to buy for previous night. Anyway emailed them straightaway and no customer support at all. Pathetic!!! Why can people cancel/refund if they realise straight away? So much for technology and human error but where is the consumer right to cancel if it was done due to a genuine mistake??? Pathetic customer service. Vague answers and then no answer from them!!!

A typical nightclub, nothing special - however the behaviour from the bouncers was horrific, and particularly to people not known or expected to cause any trouble.The verbal abuse to numerous people was bad enough, but spitting on someone's back!?? Really!?Please avoid this place if you've any sense of human decency. Doesn't deserve to still be in business

This is a place to go clubbing. You won't be amazed, and since my last review it's really fallen off.Only affordable aspect seems to be the entry fee, as drinks have apparently nearly tripled in price.It contains multiple rooms, however most of these seem to be permanently closed, only leaving you with the bar and main dance floor.There used to be multiple DJs, however since only the main floor is open, there isn't much variety.Would not recommend, unless you have no other choice.

Absolute disgrace of a place. I?m not sure why people even bother going here anymore. The bouncers should be in jail for the way they treat people (abusing them verbally and physically). Please avoid this club at ALL costs. The reason this club still functions is because some of us still go!! Make sure no one goes so they shut down this absolute garbage of a club
