All customers are same I personally noticed he is white TC man which not fare ?. When me and another Arabic man turned we didn?t receive any fare response totally ignored by him

Convenient in the centre of Lem, you can pay at pump eith the She'll app - all worked fine. Can't comment on the shop as I only used the forecourt.

I think there is no improvement on the reviews added earlier . It?s my second time here and toilets not in working . The concern is where the staff is going . It?s clear understanding it?s not for public . This was last time visit . Pathetic set up . The worker name Suhir was seemed tired at work . Not a warm welcome for the customer . Starred at me badly while I told him I am leaving a review . I was a customer and felt like I need your service you and you don?t care . ?

Very bad service every time that we came feel the fuel that Tailot is out of order.
They just put a sign which says out of order,
That means they will loose a lot of customers

Not open 24 hours. Arrived at 11.40pm to be told I have to wait to fill up until midnight. Not the staffs fault, something to do with shift change over but it's not good enough. Being the only petrol station locally, charging over the odds and advertising as 24 hours I came here on zero petrol and had no choice but to wait. Do better.

Horrible person you?ve hired for night time at the shop. I?ve had a pretty bad interaction with him never even meeting him before. 3 times in 3 consecutive nights! Man should be fired if he hates his job and interacting with others so much.

This is my most local Yodel drop off spot and they seem to constantly have intermittent problems with their scanner and ?printer issues?. The problems seemto coincide with when the person behind the till can?t be bothered to assist customers and would much rather make loud phone calls on speakerphone - much like the below negative reviews when they can?t be bothered to serve coffee to paying customers etc. It is really frustrating when trying to send parcels. I also fuel up here regularly so I?m not just using the parcel shop only! Yodel please look at removing your services from this shop as they are not performing the service as sold.
